Pumpkin Patch

We had the funnest time this weekend taking our kids to a pumpkin patch. Derek's parents came and took our family, Derek's two siblings and their families, and Derek's aunt, and treated us all to the funnest afternoon. We took a train ride (45 minutes through great scenery) to a pumpkin patch where everyone got to pick out their own pumpkins. Then a 45 minute ride back to our cars. It was a perfect amount of time on the train - the train never lost its charm. The weather was perfect too - I went loaded with coats, hats, gloves and anything else you might need in a blizzard - but it turned out to be perfect without anything. We had such a blast and came home loaded with pumpkins! It was so fun to ride the train, pick pumpkins, and our kids loved spending so much time with cousins. I'm ready to start a new fall tradition!

I wanna go! It sounds so great. I'm jealous. The pumpkins don't look skimpy either!
