What a great night!! With all of the age advancement changes Logan became a deacon and able to go to the temple way earlier than we expected! And right after he was ordained we had a combined youth temple trip. I told my kids that I was going to tag along, much to Tyler’s chagrin. But how could I miss all my kids in the temple together? And Logan’s first time? It worked out nicely that they needed extra drivers so I was also a tiny bit helpful in my clinging.
The night was awesome - Logan did great his first time. He said the speed of the confirmations is what surprised him the most. Tyler even baptized Bailey and Logan.
It was so great to be there with all 4 kids - that’s a rare experience and I recognize that. The only bummer of the night was that Derek was out of town and couldn't be there. That would have made it a perfect night. But it was still pretty awesome.
